Cancellation policy	de Pinna’s has a no “refund policy” unless special circumstances arise.
Check in/out times	Check in is available from 14h00 on the day of arrival. Please vacate your room by 10h00 on the day of departure.
Credit cards	Credit cards accepted for payment – ONLY MASTER & VISA
Deposit policy	To secure your accommodation at de Pinna’s payment in full is required.
Pets	Due to resident dogs, only on special occasions will de Pinna’s accept a small pet.
Smoking policy	Smoking is not permitted inside the guest house. Please make use of the patio.
VAT	de Pinna’s Self Catering Cottage (Trading as de Pinna’s Executive Guesthouse is not registered for Value Added Tax (VAT)
